why would p0016 display after new cps&cms sensor replacement

new cam&crank sensors car runs great but starts very hard also detonates under load new dist/cam sensor/ign moduale could the timing chain/gears be the trouble? car runs excelent

This could mean a few things. It's possible the engine is low on oil, there could be a mechanical issue with the timing or it could have a blocked oil passage.
