Still getting a p0340 camshaft position sensor code after new sensor and wiring checked out

I tested the harness and I have 12.4 volts on key and middle prong has 7 volts car is in limp mode won't rev pass 3400

Middle is 7 volts kinda high that should not go higher than 6 or 6.5 volts.. Make this a easy repair.get a known good ECM and retest it.
