lost comm.uo100 no crank whats poss.fix

replaced ecm reconnected all connectors after unpluging them to check them all seem ok no crank but if i jump the crank relay eng starts and runs for about 2 seconds still have code uo100 lost com.w/ "A"

The module that reports U0100 is the TCM, The fis is a TCM (transmission control module),  for now check the connection at the TCM  these pin can bend easy,
