Nissan NV200 won't crank and picks PU1000 CAN COMM CIRCUIT,what would be the problem

picking can communication circuit, wipers not working, hazards and indicators not working and also headlights and park lights are staying on when the ignition key is turned on. Engine won't crank or crank for a few seconds and then cuts

This is likely an issue with the IPDM or a problem with the grounds for the ecm. Usually the grounds are on the dash support bracket. Backing the bolts out of the bracket where it attaches to the car and tightening them back up will sometimes solve the problem.
