Changed coolant temperature sensor, thermostat, harness is like new and connections clean and tight. Refilled coolant by squeezing radiator hoses and heater hoses. Still crank no start.

Even with this code condition the engine should start, This code is not the reason for the no start, what needs to be done is to start with the basic. such as is there spark for ignition, is the engine getting the proper fuel pressure. , If you have a scan tool crank the engine the RPM should be more than 250 RPM during cranking , if less than this the CKP should be suspected.
