car started acting weird jumping kinda then died and would not turn over it cranks but wont turn over ive replaced the camshaft sensor and still will not start and still throws the engine code 0340 battery is good its getting fuel to were it needs the timing belt isnt damaged. run out of ideas on was to solve the problem

The P0340 cam sensor code could mean the belt has jumped time. So check the timing marks and make sure they line up, the belt could look fine and the timing could be off. Also check the wiring from the cam sensor to the computer, if it's shorting out it could be causing the signal loss.
