Hi I have replaced   the bank 1 Catalyst Converter on my 2011 Honda Pilot LX about 2 months ago. Now I have the check engine and P0430 Bank 2 code. What could cause this and how can it be fixed. Thank You

P0420 Catalyst below threshold Bank 1

P0430 Catalyst below threshold Bank 2

SYMPTOM

MIL is on with DTC P0420 and/or DTC P0430 (catalyst system efficiency below threshold) with a possible DTC P2243 and/or DTC P2247 (A/F sensor 1 circuit high voltage).

POSSIBLE CAUSE

One or both A/F Sensor 1 (Air Fuel Ratio) caps may have fallen off and bored a hole through the affected WU-TWC (Warm Up Three Way Catalyst).
