Aul light flashing.

Question

2006 powerstroke, had tranni totally rebuilt with heavy duty clutches, dual disc t.c., and shift kit. Tow haul light is blinking and getting code p0741. Have no torque what so ever . Have since changed all solenoids n tranni and tft. With no prevail , still getting code and no power. Any help would b greatly app.
