i have a 2003 niassan altima 2.5 s 5 speed with idle problem.

Question

i have a 2003 niassan altima 2.5 s 5 speed trans mission,i have an idle problem when i start the car cold it idles on one when car is warm its stay at a high idle with a/c off when i turn the a/c the idle drops back down to normal what can be causin this an o2 sensor or maybe what max airl flow sensor or possibley the ecu? please help
