2006 Nissan Altima S 2.5, Car was running very rough, loss of power, and stalling. After stalling the car would hesitate to turn on. I put a home diagnostic meter on it and the code pops up P0335 Crank Shaft position sensor a circuit malfunction. I replaced the crank shaft position sensor, then started the car and still had the same sputtering loss of power issues. So I ran another diagnostics and still had the same P0335 code. Someone told me to replace the cam shaft sensor, so I did that as well.... Once I started the car it STILL had the same problems. I erased the codes and when i did that the car stopped shutting off, but still runs very rough. I have no clue what else to try, and have limited in funds.

Hi there

If the code for the crank sensor is no longer appearing, then it should be good. As for the rough running, this could be any number of things. Possibilities include spark plugs, faulty coils or intake manifold leaks.
