Will tfp in Trans cause no movement

Question

Will p1810 code problem cause truck not move , it goes in all gears including park but does not move. I can also hear a.slight clicking noise from front of transmission.  Truck was moving fine prior to this happening.   Code is for tfp

Yes it can it maybe indicating that your transmission fluid is too low, Check the transmission fluid level , you may just not be moving due to low fluid level
