getting code u0107 when start my 04 chevy tahoe and reduced engine power

Question

I have replaced the APP, the Throttle Body and connector, the TAC, and the PCM and I am still getting code u0107. any help or advice would be greatly appricated

U0107 Loss communication with throttle actuator

U code are communication code, either a open fuse,  open wire or grounded wire somehow it either not on to communicate ,

Here the diagram , there make sure with key on you have ignition battery, the most important wire that has to be check and the one that always the cause for reduce power problem is that yellow wire , the diagram doesn't show  , there is the G104 that you have to make sure is a grounded wire , G104 also goes to the brake and the cruise control
