Chevy Colbalt 07, P1682, Engine Power reduced Fix?

I got the P1682 Code 07 Colbalt. What is the fix?

P1682 Ignition 1 Switch circuit 2

This code condition will put the vehicle in reduce power mode, Try this is a starting point , replace the EC relay (do not swap )  ignition relay.
