All I did was take off the throttle body on 2003 Chevy Trailblazer 4200 motor. Gingerly made sure it was clean and not dropped.... I heard somewhere if you move the throttle plate too far it's a bad thing... the plate on the inside of the throttle body froze in the near closed position.... and it's still there even after I took it off the second time froze... we were having idling problems with the car before this that's why I took off the throttle body to clean it.... I took it up to have him read the codes and it said control module throttle position sensor performance P1515.... I was careful in taking it off but something is wrong.....  or the throttle position performance module

HI there

Based on your description I think it's possible either one of the wires is backing out of the harness connector, or some varnish from the throttle body got into the actuator motor when you cleaned it and has damaged it.
