need help a crank no start.

Question

so the car over headed. replaced the motor with a jdm motor. all the fuses are good all my grounds are good. I have no spark to my any of my coils. checked the codes it gave me p0351 for coil 1 2 3 4. checked for voltage and I don't have any signal voltage to the coil. but I am getting fuel. so maybe the harness is good. I'm just stumped at this point. could it be a faulty ecu?

P0351 Ignition coil A Primary /secondary circuit
When this code is set it usually is the ECM that is faulty, but it does not cause a no start condition , if your not getting signal voltage this would be the ECM, If your not getting signal voltage and injector pulse you can be sure this would be a ECM problem,
