Crank but no start.

Just got a 2000 chevy c3500 7.4l, I send the engine to a machine shop and I it was Rebuilt from the ground up. I replaced the injectors, I checked the distributor timing and before all that I checked cam and crank. for timing. The engine cranks fine it wants to start and that's about it. Any suggestions?
