what else besides the O2 sensor will give a P0141

My 2007 Honda Odyssey threw several codes related to a bank one cat and O2 sensor replaced the down stream bank one sensor and cleared all but one code P0141 heater circuit fail. I have checked out all my fuses and inspected the wiring with no signs of breakage. Any help would greatly appreciated

P0141 Rear secondary heated oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction

The code condition is for Bank 1 Sensor 2 , Sensor 2 is the catalytic monitor sensor, which is after the catalytic convertor, any exhaust leak after the catalytic convertor that can set this code , improperly torque down will also set this code, Majority of repair for P0141 is to replace the 02 sensor
