P0141 on Isuzu Axiom 2003. What is Heated O2 Sensor bank 1 sensor 2?

Why does it run just fine, until the moment the new ODB codes give me the Check Engine Light... then it runs awful.

This code is for your catalytic , and the sensor that has failed is the 02 sensor that t monitors  the catalytic convertor, You have other problem that have gone undetected by the ECM, Check for other codes that may have coded up, Check the fuel pressure , the fuel pump relay give power to the 02 heater circuits, Go to the engine fuse box and listed on the fuse box map is 02 heater sensor fuse, which is a 20 amp use make sure this fuse has not opened,
