Fault codepo597

Question

I have vectra c 56 reg with fault code po597. I have replaced thermostat and coolant sensor. Had code removed used car and code comes back on. Car showing no symptoms

Hi there,

This would usually mean there is an issue with the wiring from the sensor to the computer. Possibly the signal wire is shorted to ground from the sensor.
