If you clear fault car drives fine with plenty off power but when u switch car off and restart it heater plug light flashing plus no power in car

When you clear the code the PCM uses a default value, Once the engine is shut off and you restart , you enter a limp mode, This code is straight forward you have a faulty charge air pressure sensor
