P0138 Oxygen sensor circuit high voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

Bank 1 is where cylinder 1 located being sensor 2 this is the downstream 02 sensor or the catalytic monitor sensor.

Use this diagram as a guide for the location of the 02 sensors
