P1351 Chevrolet -2000 chevy 7.4L. Cam sensor be bad with this or would it come up different code?

Replaced several Items already.

P1351 Ignition coil control circuit high voltage

Check the ground, right near the battery is a ground this is a ground distribution , this usually corrodes there, to verify if the ground is the issue on the ICM is a black/white wire with engine running that ground should measure no more that 0.05 volts.
