my 1999 Ford F150 5.4L runs rough when i come to a stop

The code Advanced Auto gave me was p1132. the engine starts smoothing out when i pop it in neutral. but when i get up to about 45 mph the engine starts running rough like the cylinders arn't moving, like a misfire. someone please help! thank you
