why don't you have Benz in your list of P0016 specific list

P0016 means incorrect camshaft timing. 2006 and early 2007 models Mercedes C280 have a balance shaft that goes bad, the problem is the teeth wear off of the engine balance shaft which shifts the timing chain slightly

might be a expensive repair, there was a lawsuit not sure you may have to look it up.
