2006 BMW 530i 3.0L with engine code P0012 and P0015, how do I fix this problem?

P0015 "B" Camshaft Position - Timing over retarded (Bank 1)

This condition is for the exhaust  VANOS for a over retarded condition , this is a jammed VANOS, do the TSB that BMW has produced first before replacing the VANOS, TSB# SI B 11 05 05 . What is requred to do is to remove the VANOS solenoid (Remove the VANOS solenoid for the fault code that is stored) which is the exhauset VANOS solenoid at Bank 1 using air blow out any visible particles and reinstall.
