My 2001 GMC Sonoma (V6, 4WD, Automatic, A/C) has a blinking service engine light once I get up to (and over) 30 mph (or when I accelerate quickly).

I am also getting fault codes P0300 (Random Misfire) and P0102 (Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input).

I checked for spark at each spark plug with an in-line ignition spark checker (seemed fine for all 6 clyinders - at idle and while reving the engine).

The air filter was dusty, but not excessively dirty. (I will try blowing off the MAF Sensor w/light shop air).

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

P0102 MAF circuit low input

P0300 Random misfire

Perform a MAF cleaning , when the CK ENG LT flashes this is more of a ignition misfire, the coil tends to short out or even arc, use a grounded cable to check the ignition coil for any ignition spark leakage.
