I need help, I got the engine code P0102 on my 2003 GMC Sonoma

Question

2003 GMC Sonoma trouble code P0102 replaced the mass airflow sensor. Only revs up to 1800 RPM, then falls on its face. Any ideas?

P0102 Volume or Mass airflow circuit low input

Mass airflow circuit low input can also be the ignition 1 voltage circuit , or the ground circuit, or the signal circuit itself, which would be the MAF itself, another componenet that will cause this condition is fuel pressure, the specification is with key on engine off is 55-62 psi. Also check the fuse listed as Engine 1 which is a 10 amp fuse in the fuse /relay box,
