P0340 KIA -'03 has 5V with disconnected sensor pin 2 at harness

Kia site has no voltage for this test '03 and 04 but '05 looks for 5volts . this is at pin 2 of the sensor harness, harness side, key on engine off. my '03 has 5volts and i have the p0340 code

P0340 Camshaft position sensor(TDC) circuit malfunction 

Pin 1 you should measure ground,Pin 2 you should have the 5 volt , and pin 3 you should measure battery voltage,
