I have a 2005 Malibu Maxx which had a P0756 code two weeks ago. My car had problems on 1st and 2nd gear. The garage recommended a tranny flush, saying it might be the cheapest way of fixing the problem. I went along with the recomendation. Now, after two weeks of no shifting problems, I have a P0757 code. And I have a hard time shifting.
If I replace the solenoid shift valve, will this fix the problem?

Thanks,
Carbe
