03 chevy "reduced engine power" on dash

i got a new battery and alternator and on monday it started acting really sluggish when i would start it. cleared the code for reduced engine power but still sluggish on starting and wont start sometimes

Usually the reduced power indicates an issue with the throttle body, but also you should check it for codes. If there is a problem with the cam or crank sensor it can cause this type of issue.
