I've put gas and added a fuel injector cleaner, next day my check engine light started flashing.

Question

My 2001 Honda accord V6, I put gas and added some fuel cleaner, next day my car started shaking and the rpms started to decrease, Do you think it has something to do with the gas or fuel system.

Whith a healthy ignition system and good sparkplug adding fuel injection cleaner will have little to no affect on the ignition system. Beside doing its cleaning it leans the fuel system this increases spark voltage, The sparkplug wire could of just been time for a replacement., It just might be time for a tune-up.which inckudes ,sparkplugs, wire and cap and rotor.
