On my 1998 Honda Civic, I have the check engine light on and flashing code P0170, P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, and P0335

The 335 code is for the crank position sensor. But you also have misfires on all cylinders, this is the 300 codes. I would check the timing belt. It's likely jumped time or broken and causing these code because of the multiple misfires.
