does a p0125 code have any cause to my engine idling low and stalling?

P0125 Insufficient coolant temperature for closed loop fuel control

P0125 can put the the ECM in a fail-safe mode, But this will not cause low idle and stalling, It can contribute to the idle condition, What failsafe is , is a reduce amount of power the engine can produce.
