P0128 Engine coolant temperature (ECT) below thermostat regulating temperature

This code can appear as a pending code also and not set the CK ENG Lt. on. That high idle sound can be from a vacuum leak causing a high idle or the idle air control stuck open. P0128 will not cause high idle.
