Will bad fuel pump cause stalling and sputtering and rough idling

Replaced fuel pump and still having same issues. Reading code P0463. What does that mean?

Yes when it comes to fuel if there is a lack of fuel pressure or even volume, What you have P0463 this circuit high , Circuit high are a condition where there is disconnection. The only way a P0463 is part of the stalling condition is if you developed a back ground contact, there is black wire which is the ground for the fuel pump and the fuel sending unit. follow that black lead check for properly secured.
