can a bad fuel pump cause a engine code po441 and p1194?

Question

I have already changed a pcsv valve, i suspect a fuel pump. Is this a possibility with the codes?
Can a 2004 fuel pump be changed by accessing under the back passenger seats , like the 2007??

It's very unlikely that a bad fuel pump will cause those codes. The codes are not related with the fuel delivery system.
