2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with engine code P1762

Question

I took a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for an emission test. The engine light was not on. Once he plugged in under the dash and had me turn off the engine and re-start the engine light came on. The test indicated P1762...what is this? Thanks!
