2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with code P0750 A circuit

Question

2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Check engine light comes on a vehicle will not shift, real bogy, if I clear the code with my cheap code reader the vehicle will shift normal for about 20min or so, once the light comes back on it start to not shift again bogy, could this be a speed sensor?

P0730 L/R Solenoid Circuit

This would be the shift solenoid, if this was a speed sensor whether a input or a output speed sensor, when this code occurs the TCM see a open in the TCM , When this code occurs instead of clearing the code check to see if any other code are set, beside this , The reason is this code can also be set in the TCM beside the  transmission solenoid
