How can I fix the engine code P0685 on my 2003 Honda Accord?

This code is for the ECM power control relay circuit open.

This could be the result of a blown ecm fuse, the ecm relay or the ecm itself. Check all of the ecm fuses first and then if they look good, replace the main relay. Here is some more info.
