2003 Honda Accord EX 3.0L V6 with engine code P2243, how can I fix it?

P2243 2003 Honda Accord EX 3.0L V6 problem is showing P2243 Rear Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Bank 1, Sensor 1) VCENT Line High Voltage. What should be the problem and how can I fix it?

For Honda when this appears it mostly means a failed or poor connection of the A/F sensor or 02 sensor, If the connection is good, you must replace the A/F sensor.
