"Intermittant fault showing P0698 Sensor Reference Voltage C Circuit

Question

This fault occurs months apart. The car will start but will sound rough, and will not rev above 1500rpm traction control light illuminates as well

Thank  you for the reply! It seems that everytime I put the car into the garage to check for the fault no problems show up. it is a really frustrating problem which I`ve nearly had enough of
