my a/c light flashes but will not work, and the radiator fans dont work?

i have an ac that wont work, three codes p0505,p0401,p0141 check engine light on but has been on for 3 years ac just quit working. any idea? i ulled the fuse and ep its good i was un able to get the fan rely out for number 2 and 3.
