P0171 TOYOTA - code appeaered after 1100 mile trip ? likely cause ?

Got really great gas mileage during last leg of trip. 2002 camrey LE, no signs yet of problem except error code..."pending codes" show P0440, P0441, P0446.

This code is for a lean fuel mixture on bank 1. This is usually the result of a leaking intake manifold, low fuel pressure, faulty front O2 sensor or a bad mass air flow sensor.
