WE ARE GETTING A PO 340 CODE ON 2000 NISSAN XTERRA. WE REPLACED IT AND WE ARE STILL GETTING THE SAME CODE. WE ALSO REPLACED O2 SENSOR BANK 1, ROTER, DISTRIBUTER. THE TRUCK STARTS THEN GETS REAL RUFF AND STOPS. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT

Vehicle: 2000 NISSAN XTERRA 3.3 l 6 cyl

Hi there,

I see this most often with aftermarket distributors. They aren't built as well as the factory originals and tend to cause issues. Since you are getting the cam sensor code, I would replace the distributor again. It is usually the issue and you would likely be better off with a used factory part then the aftermarket.
