P0121 and p2135 when 2007 Chevrolet Silverado truck gets wet

Question

When my Silverado gets wet in almost any way I get reduced engine power and my traction control light as well as my stabilitrack light come on. Does anyone know what part or parts may be causing this issue?

Both codes are related to the Throttle Position Sensor, which is part of the throttle body assembly. I recommend starting by checking the wire harness to the throttle body and making sure the harness connector is tight and clean. If the problem persists you may have to replace the Throttle Body Assembly. Moisture may be entering the throttle body assembly when the ambiance is wet and could be setting the codes.
