i have changed the p0121

Question

I changed the p0121 throttle body.  The same sensor is still appearing.  Also after changing the p0121 in the park position the RPMS are at 3 when driving the RPMS are normal but at a stop you do not have to acceralete it goes to 25 mph.  Very confused right now.

If the TPS was replaced a throttle relearn has to be performed by the use of a scan tool that can do throttle relearn for this vehicle.
