The most frequent problem for both codes is the Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) Oil Control Solenoid. There are four (4) VCT Oil Control Solenoids on your vehicle, one for camshaft. In your case, for the Intake and Exhaust Camshafts for the Bank 2. It's possible, but odd that both VCT Oil Control Solenoids failed at the same time. Since the VCT Oil Control Solenoids are controlled with engine oil, if you haven't changed the engine oil, or the engine oil is too old and dirty, it may set the codes.

I recommend starting by changing the engine oil and filter, clear the codes and drive your vehicle for a few days. If the problem persists, then you may have to change the VCT Oil Control Solenoids.
