acadia 2008 codes P0601 ECU and C0242 ABS ?

Question

Engine dies on me. Engine light goes on and when I retrieve the code shows the code P0601 and C0242. The car will not start , the lights on the dasboard goes off when I turn to start the car , the engine does not turn like if the batery is down but is not. wait for 3 minutes and the car will star like nothin hapens .
