2008 Chevrolet keeps Stalling scaner reads P0601 what could be the problem?Thanks

2008 Chevrolet keeps Stalling. Engine turns off then it will hesitate to start back up again but I we wait a few minutes & let it cool down then it is OK again. scanner reads P0601. what could be the problem?

This code is for an internal fault in the PCM. This code is pretty straight forward and indicates you need to replace the computer.
