Question

I have U0300 and P0700 2005 Chevrolet Aveo 1.6L posibles causes? fuel pump relay being hot, and the fuel pump shut off. Then I needed to wait until the relay went cool then it started again for about 5 minutes and then shut off again. If anyone has an idea of what happened I'll appreciate your help.

Please double-check the code number, I can't find any information in the factory service manual for the U0300 code. Do you mean P0300? any more codes?
The P0700 is related to transmission and should not cause the engine to stall.

IT'S A UNIVERSAL CODE FOR CHEVROLET AVEO 2005.
THE ISSUE IS THAT THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF AFTER 20 MINUTES, BECAUSE OF THE FUEL PUMP  RELAY GET HOTTER. IF POSSIBLE THAT THE FUEL PUMP ARE DAMAGE?
